Please read them before using the Site or purchasing. Where acceptance is required for a purchase or program, we will present the applicable terms before enrollment.
1. Educational Services and Professional Advice
We provide books, worksheets, tools, and coaching for education and personal development, including The FIREBall Method. Our focus is financial transformation through mindset, identity, purpose, income growth, and planning for the future.
Our content and coaching are not a substitute for individualized advice from a licensed attorney, tax professional, financial adviser, or qualified credit counselor. Using our materials or participating in coaching does not create an attorney-client, investment advisory, or other licensed professional relationship. A free Fuel Your Freedom Call is an introductory educational conversation and may include information about paid programs.
You remain responsible for your decisions. Laws, creditor practices, and individual circumstances vary, and information may become outdated. Consult a qualified professional before acting on matters affecting your legal rights, taxes, credit, or financial obligations.
2. Results, Testimonials, and Earnings
We do not guarantee a particular income, business success, transformation timeline, or financial outcome. Results depend on factors such as market conditions, individual circumstances, resources, and actions taken.
Jason Oswald's personal story and other examples describe particular experiences. They are not a promise that a customer will obtain comparable results. Testimonials reflect the experiences of the people providing them and do not establish what every customer can expect. Specific claims and examples must be considered with any accompanying disclosures about their circumstances and generally expected results.
Income examples are not promises of earnings or profit. Business and affiliate activities involve expenses and risks, and participants may earn nothing or lose money. Any expressly offered refund or satisfaction guarantee is governed by its stated conditions; it is not a guarantee of financial results.

Site content and materials are owned by Phoenix Prosperity Network or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our brands include Be Freed by FIRE, Coach Jedi Jason, and The FIREBall Method.
Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, downloaded tools and digital purchases are licensed for your personal, noncommercial use. You may print worksheets and complete exercises for your own use. You may not resell, publicly distribute, share account access to, or use our materials to create a competing product without written permission. These restrictions do not limit uses permitted by law or ownership of a physical book you purchase.
5. Purchases, Refunds, and Subscriptions
Prices, included features, access periods, payment schedules, and applicable taxes or fees are disclosed with the offer or at checkout. Product-specific terms presented before purchase govern that offer if they conflict with these general Terms, subject to applicable law.
Refund eligibility, deadlines, and any action-taker guarantee conditions must be stated with the relevant offer before purchase. Contact [email protected] with your purchase information to request assistance. Nothing here removes statutory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights.
If we offer a recurring subscription, its price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be disclosed before enrollment, and recurring charges require your affirmative agreement. You may cancel using the method provided at enrollment or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals as described in the offer; treatment of the current billing period and any refund depends on the disclosed policy and applicable law.
Purchases made through independent retailers or platforms are also subject to their applicable transaction and refund terms.
6. Affiliate and Sponsored Relationships
We may receive commissions or other compensation when a visitor purchases through certain links or recommendations. Relevant compensation relationships will be disclosed near the recommendation or link. A referral does not guarantee a third party's results or suitability.
Participation in any affiliate program requires separate program terms. To the extent permitted by law, Phoenix Prosperity Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or materials. These exclusions do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections and remedies remain available.

Changes do not retroactively remove rights or guarantees attached to an earlier purchase; additional acceptance will be obtained where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
