Phoenix Prosperity Network ("we," "us," or "our") operates Be Freed By FIRE. This policy explains how we handle personal information through BeFreedByFire.com, its forms, and related resources, purchases, and programs. It describes our practices; using the Site does not, by itself, provide consent for marketing texts or optional tracking where consent is required.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing or billing address, account details, communications, and information submitted when requesting a toolkit, booking a call, purchasing, participating in coaching, or applying to an affiliate program. If you choose to discuss your finances, we may receive details about income, debts, or financial goals. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, bank login credentials, or unneeded sensitive documents through ordinary forms or email.
Transaction information. We receive order details, payment status, and information needed to provide purchases or administer refunds. Payment processors collect payment credentials under their own policies. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.
Website and device information. Cookies, pixels, logs, and similar technologies may collect IP addresses, browser and device details, approximate location inferred from an IP address, referring pages, pages visited, interactions, and cookie or advertising identifiers. Embedded services and analytics or advertising providers may also collect this information.
Information from service providers. We may receive booking confirmations, payment updates, delivery information, affiliate referral data, and analytics or advertising reports from providers supporting our operations.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to deliver requested resources and purchases; schedule calls; provide coaching and support; manage accounts, payments, and affiliate participation; send service communications; send educational content and marketing where permitted; measure and improve the Site and campaigns; prevent fraud and protect systems; and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
We do not use private financial details submitted for coaching to create advertising audiences or disclose those details to advertising partners.
3. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to:
- Service providers supporting hosting, customer management, forms, scheduling, email and SMS delivery, payments, analytics, security, and customer support, as needed to provide those services.
- Analytics and advertising partners receiving device identifiers and website activity through tracking tools, where enabled and permitted, to measure campaigns and show relevant advertising.
- Affiliate administration providers or referring affiliates, limited to referral attribution and commission information needed to operate the program. We do not give affiliates customer contact lists or private coaching details for their own marketing.
- Legal or transaction recipients, when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or evaluate or complete a merger, sale, or transfer of our business, with applicable protections.
We do not sell customer contact lists for money. However, disclosures through advertising pixels may qualify as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under some privacy laws even without monetary payment. Those disclosures are subject to the choices and applicable rights described below.
Mobile information and SMS consent: We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent records are not sold or shared for another party's independent use. Information may be provided to messaging vendors and other service providers only as needed to deliver messages, maintain consent records, and support the program, or as required by law.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We may use essential cookies for Site functions, analytics tools to understand usage, and advertising pixels to measure promotions and support retargeting. Advertising partners may associate website activity with other information they hold and process it under their own policies.
You can block or delete cookies through browser settings and manage advertising preferences through the relevant platform. These options may affect Site features and do not necessarily stop every form of tracking. Where required, we obtain consent before activating nonessential tracking and provide controls to withdraw it or opt out.
To request an opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, contact [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Opt-Out." Where applicable law requires an online opt-out control or recognition of a Global Privacy Control signal, those requirements apply in addition to email requests. Global Privacy Control is distinct from older browser "Do Not Track" settings; we do not treat older Do Not Track settings as an automatic opt-out instruction.
5. Email, Calls, and Text Messages
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We process email marketing opt-outs within 10 business days. Necessary purchase, account, or service communications may continue.
We may respond to a call request using the information you provide. Automated marketing calls or texts require the applicable separate consent; submitting a phone number or purchasing does not by itself provide that consent.
If you separately opt in to our text program, messages may include resource updates, appointment reminders, educational content, or promotions as described at signup. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You may also revoke consent through other reasonable means, including contacting [email protected] or 404-777-0710. We process revocation requests promptly within applicable legal deadlines and may send a nonpromotional confirmation. Text opt-out does not automatically cancel a purchase or subscription.
6. Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, considering the type of information, our relationship with you, legal and accounting requirements, dispute resolution, and security needs. We may retain limited suppression and consent records to honor opt-outs and document compliance. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or deidentified, subject to legitimate retention requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Privacy Requests and Rights
Contact [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to ask about our practices. Depending on your location and whether a law applies to our business, you may also have rights to portability, restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, and appeal a denied request.
We may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority before disclosing or changing information. We will request only information reasonably needed for verification and respond within applicable deadlines. Some information may be retained where a legal exception applies. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. To appeal a decision where that right applies, email us with the subject "Privacy Appeal."
8. International Visitors
We operate in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States or other countries whose privacy laws differ from those where you live. Where an applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests such as operating and protecting our services, or legal obligations, as appropriate. Where required, international transfers must be supported by applicable safeguards. You may contact us about your rights and, where available, complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Site, purchases, and programs are intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
10. Other Websites and Platforms
Outside websites, retailers, social platforms, payment processors, and embedded services may have separate privacy policies. Review their policies when interacting with them. This policy does not govern their independent practices.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our practices change. The revised date appears above. We provide additional notice and obtain consent where required for material changes. A policy update does not retroactively authorize uses that require your consent.
